Sales Executive

Core Requirements

  1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in optical stores or fashion retail.
  2. Preferred: Ability to obtain a residence visa under personal or spouse sponsorship; the company will cover residency-related costs.
  3. Good conduct, professional ethics, honesty, transparency, and respectful behavior when dealing with colleagues and customers.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and integrate within a collaborative work environment.
  6. Willingness to accept instructions and guidance and apply them accurately.
  7. Ability to learn quickly, accurately remember product names and details, and ensure correct and precise data entry.
  8. Preferably residing in a nearby area to ensure reliable and timely arrival for shift schedules.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

First:  Sales & Customer Service Duties

  1. Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner and understand their needs.
  2. Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear (frames, lenses, and accessories).
  3. Provide clear product information, recommendations, and pricing details.
  4. Promote ongoing offers, packages, and add-on products according to company policy.
  5. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times.

Second:  Operational Responsibilities (Based on Company Policy)

  1. Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the showroom and display areas.
  2. Participate in receiving, organizing, and arranging merchandise, including attaching barcodes and pricing.
  3. Accurately enter sales data and invoices into the company’s electronic system following training guidelines.
  4. Issue invoices and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of daily financial entries and perform daily cash closing with full precision.
  6. Comply with the company’s Dress Code Policy, including wearing the official uniform during working hours.
  7. Adhere to shift schedules, including arriving 15 minutes early for the morning shift for preparation.
  8. Follow all company policies related to discipline, appearance, attendance, and administrative instructions.
