Core Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in optical stores or fashion retail.
- Preferred: Ability to obtain a residence visa under personal or spouse sponsorship; the company will cover residency-related costs.
- Good conduct, professional ethics, honesty, transparency, and respectful behavior when dealing with colleagues and customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and integrate within a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to accept instructions and guidance and apply them accurately.
- Ability to learn quickly, accurately remember product names and details, and ensure correct and precise data entry.
- Preferably residing in a nearby area to ensure reliable and timely arrival for shift schedules.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
First: Sales & Customer Service Duties
- Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner and understand their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear (frames, lenses, and accessories).
- Provide clear product information, recommendations, and pricing details.
- Promote ongoing offers, packages, and add-on products according to company policy.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times.
Second: Operational Responsibilities (Based on Company Policy)
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the showroom and display areas.
- Participate in receiving, organizing, and arranging merchandise, including attaching barcodes and pricing.
- Accurately enter sales data and invoices into the company’s electronic system following training guidelines.
- Issue invoices and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of daily financial entries and perform daily cash closing with full precision.
- Comply with the company’s Dress Code Policy, including wearing the official uniform during working hours.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including arriving 15 minutes early for the morning shift for preparation.
- Follow all company policies related to discipline, appearance, attendance, and administrative instructions.
