Main Tasks and Responsibilities
First: Core Professional Duties
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with high accuracy according to approved professional standards.
- Diagnose refractive errors and determine correct prescriptions for glasses and lenses.
- Prescribe optical lenses (glasses and contact lenses) based on the customer’s needs.
- Fit contact lenses and train customers on proper usage and care.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the examination room, prepare equipment, and sanitize tools as required.
Second: Operational Responsibilities (Based on Company Policy)
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the examination room and showroom.
- Participate in receiving, organizing, and arranging merchandise, including attaching barcodes and pricing.
- Accurately enter data and invoices into the company’s electronic system and follow the provided instructional training materials.
- Participate in sales operations, customer service, and issuing invoices according to company procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of daily financial entries and perform daily cash closing with full precision.
- Comply with the company’s Dress Code Policy, including wearing the official uniform during working hours.
- Wear the white medical coat during eye examinations and while working inside the showroom.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including arriving 15 minutes early for the morning shift for preparation.
- Follow all company policies related to discipline, appearance, attendance, and administrative instructions.
